Of course there are some disadvantages of very large breast implants:

Some of them have two shells - silicone filled outer shell and saline filled inner shell, Becker adjustable implant is an example. These implants allow for multiple fill-ups over a period of many months (about 50cc each month) so your skin and other supporting tissues can grow and stretch. Other doctors also use tissue expanders made by McGhan to stretch the tissues.
